Sometimes the letters CH can make the "K"
sound. CH makes the "K" sound in Greek words. To know whether
a word is Greek one can look the word up in the dictionary.
The origin of the word will be listed after the entry word and
before the definition. Be aware that not all dictionaries list
word origins. The other sounds CH can make will be covered in
other spelling worksheets.
