section of InspiredAuthor is designed to help fiction and novel
writers learn how to write a novel or short story that is
specific to their genre. At the moment we have four
sections.
Romance Writing
This section is designed to address the needs of all romance
writers from single title and epic to category and anthology.
There is information vital to creating characters and even
information on building a healthy relationship and the universal
rules of flirting.
Fantasy Writing
While our Topic Editor is no longer with us, the information
she left in the Fantasy section can save a fantasy writers years
between the time they start their first book, and when they sign
a publishing contract.
How to Write a Novel
There are many 'how to write a novel' websites and books.
However, most tell only one side of the story - they are an
author's editorial on how they wrote an found a publisher for
their novel. Our section is written by the editor of Novel
Writer Magazine, a person who has edited 18 books with only one
remaining unpublished, has more than 10 books published, and has
taught 'How to Write and Edit a Novel' to more than 2000
students in the past four years.
